Size & Fit Guide

Before you choose your pair

A better fit starts here.

Footwear sizing can vary between silhouettes. A khussa, a closed-toe heel and an open sandal may fit differently, even when the size label is the same. Confirm the available size and fit of your chosen design with us before ordering.

Measure your foot

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface against a wall.
  2. Stand with your heel against the wall and mark the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure from the edge of the paper at your heel to the mark, in centimetres.
  4. Repeat for the other foot. Use the longer measurement when asking about fit.

Tell us what you normally wear

When you contact us, share your foot length, usual footwear size and the product name or SKU. Let us know if you usually need a wider fit or if you are between sizes.

Check the silhouette

Consider how you prefer a closed-toe pair to fit, where straps sit on your foot and the heel height you enjoy wearing. Product photographs show the design; contact us for measurements or details that are not listed.

We do not use one generic size chart for every style. Ask us to confirm the size options for the exact pair you want.
